I need a battlecharset for a tiger for my game..could someone please help me?

at the same time could someone tell me what invalid colour depth means? and how i could fix it?

Edit: i managed to fix the invalid colour depth but now i need to figure out how to get rid of the colour around the monster.

Well you see it means there is a problem with the color as in like the backround of the image is messed up if you have something you are trying to import I can fix it for you...
