Ya'll know those cool, cel-shaded looking charas up on the top of the charas project homepage? Is there any way to make charsets like those? Thanks in advance!

answer: YES! but unluckily, no one has made resources that are link them. well, maybe there is, i just dont know.. lol.. and, i'm not sure if someone can rip them cuz i don't think there's enough space in the charset. well, you can minimize them.. but i don't know what the outcome would be..
