I had the day off from school today so I spent all the day with our beloved chain game. It will probably be done next week. I got almost all the graphic done (just got half a charset left to make.) Then there is just the map and event left wich is what I'm working on now.

Yeah so I didn't manage to get the chapter done last week. But now I have graduated school and are unemployed so I got all the ****ing free time in the world so I'm going to do my best to get it done this week. I think I maybe made my chapter a little bit to long but it's to late to change that now.

Your logic is flawed... how you got an equation out of an expression is beyond me.

EDIT: Oh wait, at one point you set it equal to 0. I need to recheck this now...

EDIT after rechecking: I think it should be -√a. You said the √ay² was ay, when in fact it would be y√a. Consequently, the end result is -√a and not -a. But I liked how you did that. Very clever.

EDIT AGAIN: Oh no, I'm wrong, you're right. There should be PARENTHESES around that though! I got lost and couldn't tell that was an entire expression being squared there!

Got all the maps done. Just have to create the monster for the last boss and some events for the last few maps. And then I'll have to test the chapter. Do some minor changes in the first chapter. I'll do all that tonight and I'll upload it when I go to bed. The first thing I'll do when I wake up tomorrow is to pm Bluhman and give him the link.
