 I believe her medical plan covers anything life-threatening like that.

That's good news. It would be a bit of a problem for me and my family, since we're kind of lower-middle class, and the US is pretty ball-busting about medical costs.

Grandy walked through the ghost town, noticing nobody. When he rounded the corner, he spotted a man, living in a box. HOBO. "Do you have some change?" the Hobo asked. Grandy left a coin of gold. Grandy walked away, with a paranoid feeling. He looked back. The hobo looked back at him. A small chuckle was let out. Grandy through a knife through the box, penetrating through the hobo's box, nailing him in the heart. 5 ninjas jumped out from the roof of the building next to him. Grandy ran away, while being chased by the ninjas. The ninjas were even faster than Grandy. Grandy threw several knives at all of them, but the ninjas disappeared for a split second and avoided the knives. A ninja threw a kunai knife into Grandy's back, and he fell to the ground. He could see the ninjas, just standing there, waiting for Grandy to die, slowly, but painfully. A green after effect quickly covered the ninjas. When the afterimage was gone, the ninjas were on the floor, and behind them , was another thief. Lady Grandy

It's important, too. Especially if you only have one. My grandma had three (lucky stiff).

I didn't know that you could have three kidneys. Thought you only had one. My friend's dad needs a kidney operation too and shes scared as hell and shes been bugging me about it. I keep saying its gonna be okay cuz I dunno what else to say but shes still going nuts. Anyway good luck to your cousin's operation. Just pray for him/her (even if you don't believe in a god/gods).

The average human has two, actually. You must not be very old, because this is junior high stuff we're dealing with.

From what I understand, she had two on her right side. She's a little bit on the dead side right now, so I can't exactly ask her, but it's pretty much a toss up. People with three just have two on one side, and one on the other. And yeah, you only really need one kidney, but having two is better. Only having one can cause it to struggle if you've got a lot of stuff in your system that needs to be cleaned out.
