This is going to sound odd, but I have recieved a request from one of my fans that play my games, he suggested that I try and create a Streets Of Rage styled fighting game, I tried Beats Of Rage, but it wasn't very customizable, and when I added the BOR system, it made things even worse, so I was wondering--
Does anyone know a good Beat-Em-Up Maker?
And if so, a tutorial for it would be nice...

I am not sure if you can, but I think you can make a platformer of any kind in AGS. (Adventure Game Studio) If not, they have other programs on there. There must be a way, cuz I have a Double Dragon fan game on my computer.

I thought there was one called Fighter Maker. I might be wrong.

Fighter Maker is console based, and used to make TEKKEN style games
ACTION GAME maker hasn't worked either, hm

You should give AGS a try, many people have made platformer type games on it. A good example is 1213, to show you what you can do with it. You can also make point and click games, and old school Sierra/Lucasarts games like Day of the Tentecle and Monkey Island.
