Okay, i've asked everyone but nobody would help me...
I use RMXP (RPG Maker XP) And I know that Charas is for RM2k3, and RM2k,
but i'm having some problems, and maybe someone here can help me?
In my current project, I have four military trainees go and meet their friend at the Surgeon's, during their conversation, a ghost of a little girl appears, and summons a Zombie to kill them. Needless to say, they where shocked (As the game conveys a more realistic reality) and they are forced into a battle.
Now, I wanted to make an event begin as soon as the battle began, and that part was easy enough, the hard part comes now.
In the battle, each charecter one by one, unlocks a hidden power within them, and casts a spell out of instinct, and after all four cast their spells, the Zombie will die. I put in FORCE ACTION, and say, FORCE ACTION, ACTOR 2, so that the Second charecter recruited would be forced to act, THEN, I made it so the forced action, was a Skill, 'FLINT SHOT', which is the default spell for ACTOR 2 at LV 1, but when it comes to it, NOTHING HAPPENS...
Every other battle event went accprdingly, that is to say, the words spoken, but nobody will preform any FORCED ACTIONS...
I've double checked, triple checked, and even surfed google for tutorials, but nothing!!!
GAH!
My OTHER problem, is the unfathomable lagging that occurs when four allies enter a battle to fight, what the hell is up with this? I believe it could be related just to my computer, but is there a way to stop it? Lowering screen resolution maybe? Or a trigger in game?
Someone help me, please?

Alright, I fixed that problem, but still, my lag situation persists, it seems that when the charecters return to fighting, the time resumes normally, but when a battle animation is shown (Manually put there by yours truly I mean) or when someone speaks, time slows down to damn near irritating! (Remember, this is for RMXP)
Anyone know what's going on?
