Paper Mario Map Skills HELP!!

Hey guys ive restarted my mario rpg and was hopping to get some help with some map skill for the party members. I currently have finished a Boo's skill so i know what im doing but ive had some trouble makeing a koopa troopa's skill (having the shell shoot across the screen) I think it is because of the caterpiler system im using and was wondering if i can get them to work together

So here is what i thought could work
VAR OP: Facing
If FAcing is X
Key input process (2)
Move Event (Hero Allow Passing) 
Move Even (change sprite to shell/move up/down/right/left)
Wait .1 seconds
Move Even (CHange sprite back to normal sprite)

I just dont know what im not doing right if i could have some help it would be great ive worked on this for a couple hours and cant figure it out

sorry for bumping but i just cant fiqure this out and it is a game ender if i cant fiure it out so just if you have any ideas let me know
