OMG ! HELP ME please... =(

i got a virus or trojan... i dont know what it is... but something is opening my internet explorer process
i dont see any internet explorer window but its opened in background somehow
if i close the process then it opens again after a while...
and my antivirus (Avira Antivir / Spybot (just downloaded) dont work anymore...
i need help really much... =(

sorry for posting this on that forum... but i thought i can trust the people here
please help meee =O

Can't really tell much of what you have (probably a tiny trojan), but I swear by Malwarebytes now.
Thing can catch damn near anything.

Malwarebytes makes false positives too, so best be watchful of what you clean. But yeah, it is good.

AVG Anti-Virus is working... at least it did in safe mode... but the virus is there only in the normal one i think...=(

Also, I noticed that Spybot is really only useful for registry changes.
We also really can't help you, unfortunately, until it gets worse because right now it could be anything.

You might want to plug out the internets and then fix it.
Worst case scenario: blow your hard drives back to origin.

Well, we got rid of some rootkits. I was remote controlling her PC to get rid of them yesterday. So when the rootkits left, the other virus's were unmasked. But we got rid of those. She's good now
