Wavering and Rotating pics

This is going to sound super dumb I know there is an option for pics to rotate or waver them
but i can find it anymore...Its not in Show Picture It not in Move Picture its not in Erase Picture
Ive been looking in all the possible options too but I cant find it anymore its unlikley it just disappear

It's inside the color sub-menu (Additional Attributes, at the very bottom of the menu); can be applied in both Show and Move picture.

A little counter-intuitive, to be honest.
