The Third Charas sprite off - Round one!

• The theme for this round is: NINJAS VERSUS PIRATES. This can be anything as long as it has ninjas or pirates in it (best if both are in).
• When you are finished with your entry, you must pm it to me by Sunday, October 17th, 9PM, Charas Time.
• Don't know how to upload it? Use imageshack or photobucket.
• Your sprite must be made specifically for this challenge. No previous made sprites may be used, and of course, no edits.
• When all entries are sent, voting will begin

Restrictions for this round
Size limits: No limit
Max number of colors: 32 including background of course, if you decide to go with a transparent one
Background can be anything you want including transparency
Animation: Nope.

I may not win this with there being good people in it. but whatever I haven't made anything ,other than custom pokemon sprites for other people, so this will be the first completely scratch pixel work I've done in awhile.
Already got my 'pirate' done just not sure if I will have a back ground or not.

It was either this or Arcticuno tonight, and I'm pretty happy with my choice. But if I get two more days I can have my cake and eat it too!
