A request for quests!

I have a few requests here. I hope someone, or a few people can help me out with them.

Request 1
I started playing Sword of Mana recently, and I really like how when conversation comes up, they show about half of a character's body for the 'face set'

I was wondering if anyone could help me make face sets like those. I would make RTP style faces, and send them, along with the charset for the face.

Request 2
I need a dragon sprite. The head must be separate, and have an open and shut mouth pose. Claws and tail also should be separate. The body can be bigger than a typical charset, I know how to get it to work properly.

Request 3
I need a picture of a city laying near an ocean. It is a port city, and the ocean is to the north of the city. To the south, east and west, there is forest. The city is rather large, and roughly circular.

I also need the same city, but on fire.

And finally, the EASY one

I need some ideas for some side quests. I plan to have a LOT of quests in my game, aside from story related quests, but I need a bit of help figuring some out here. I will take the ideas I like, and I will give full credit!

Ill help with quests cuz those be easy. Here's some simple one's to start off:

-getting items for an NPC. This can be anything from miscellaneous things that are otherwise useless to the player like, fruits, seeds, metals, pelts. You know, mmo kinda stuff. Also, its always kinda cool when an NPC will make you equipment if you bring them stuff.

-monster on the lose! Something like, the town mayor will pay you 65980 goldie locks if you go into the abandoned mine and kill the necro beast who's preventing mining from continuing. This can be applied widely.

-NPC wants player to rescue someone who was kidnapped.

-NPC wants player to win at a minigame or score a certain to get a prize (not really a sidequest).

-NPC wants player to bring them through a dungeon safely.

-NPC wants player to map out an unexplored dungeon.

-NPC wants player to fix their leaky roof.

These are all kinda cliche, but hopefully they'll kickstart some imagination. Sidequests are tough because you always want a good amount, but you don't want them to be boring. Mixing main plot with sidequests can keep them interesting.

I do intend on having some of those.
For example, the first one, I have complete blacksmith, alchemy and cooking systems in the works, all of which will require random items.

The second is also something I have, albeit it is reliant upon the day/night system involved in my game.

While thinking those up, I really like the mapping out of unexplored area idea. May do that myself. Regardless, I hope that was of some help.

Nah, I want custom facesets in the same style as those, but not the actual faces from Sword of Mana

Just wanted to point out that the fire emblem series have that too, and Clash of heroes and such like it. They do take an awful lot of job to make and program into the game.

Yea, I realize it takes a lot of work, so I probably won't get them. They're not important, they just look nice.

Well the faceset coude be used as a picture. Or are you using Rm2k3,Rm2k?

I use 2k3. I know that the facesets can be pictures, I just would like to have the facesets customized to look like the chars for my game. My intention at that point would be to show the faces on the right or left side of the screen, directly above the message box.
