If somebody has or can find a darn Shiva charaset, that would be SWEET!

I've looked countless times and I have failed to find one haha. I appreciate everyone that helps

You would probably have more to work with if you tried a colour edit of some other sprite, made to look blue and icy. Shiva is a vague term. Hindu God Shiva? FF7 Shiva? FF tactics Shiva?

Use the generators and recolour the sprite. This is something that would be easier to do yourself than to wait for another person to do for you
