Natako's Crappy Game Reviews (On hold due to RL Circumstances)

Now that I have the time and privacy I didn't have when I lived with two roommates about a year ago, I think it's time I dusted off this project again. Yeah, I know, I know. It's been forever and I've already proven to be a master at procrastination. Let's just see how it goes this time now that I have more of a motivation to do these.

So I decided today to go through my inbox and review one of them. What I found was that most of the download links don't work anymore, and, in the case one of Proguy's games, I could download the file but some of the media didn't compress correctly and therefore I can't finish the game. I will continue to go through and see how many I can play, though so far I have only found two that work. Advance apologies in case I don't do a game that you had submitted to me - if it isn't done within a couple weeks, it's safe to assume that it was one of those cases where the file was either corrupted or not downloadable.

The first game I stumbled upon that worked was WarxePB's "Nice Boat". It isn't the greatest video I've ever done (even as far as Let's Plays go) but hopefully it's still enjoyable.

If you have any crappy games sitting around waiting to be reviewed or feel like making one up, please pm me. I'll try to do at least one of these a week, or at least I'll do them as quickly as I get them. I need to set deadlines for myself like this or else it will never get done.

New as in a year old. It has been sitting around in my inbox but I never got around to doing it. Sad thing is that Warxe seems to be AWOL right now so he might not see this for a bit.

Hehe nah. As I said, I used to not have much privacy back then and that prevented me from doing many reviews because I used the little time I had alone to do other things. Now it's a little different. I still have a full time job with weird-*** hours, but I actually have free time and privacy whenever I'm at home so I feel much more motivated to work on this again. I considered doing a second game today but decided against it in the end because I didn't want to make myself tired of it.

I would also like to take this opportunity to announce that I am in the process of designing a crappy game for someone that I had promised a long, long time ago. Not sure if he'll accept the task or not, so if not, I'll post it on the forums for public download. Hint: it's not one of the regular crappy game reviewers, so it may stand a chance of being done.

This will be the first project I've released on the forums since I joined. Some of you may have even doubted that I know how to use RPG Maker. What a surprise you're in for. What a pleasant, pleasant surprise...

Or you'll just tell me that I'm not as funny as I think I am and I'll cry myself to sleep at night! In which case there will be no hard feelings. I swear. Honestly.
