Imported Tilesets cannot walk on them

(In rpg maker vx ace)

So I imported a tile set and have the ground set on "O" which means its passable. Yet when I start the game I cannot move the player anywhere. Any ideas why?

Nevermind, I found out what the cause was. It was because I had the top left tile "X".
