Well, logic dictates that it would be allowed in case you bought the official version. Unless there was something else behind that. Still, I'm pretty sure that you can't have any RTP in it then.

They want 20 bucks for this ... Ill wait for the reviews. I also bet this version will be incompatible with dyn and using any mods will void royalty license.

Looking through it, it seems like they have rearranged a couple of things and named them differently. That would be quite annoying. The good thing about it is that the animations page have a larger window for the frame actions (sound, colour) and the same goes for monster group events. That tiny window at the bottom of the screen is kinda annoying after all.

I'd bite for RTP dlc. IMO RTP style is so hard to mimic (other than charsets)

That reminds me, recently Steam has released a pay model for the Workshop, allowing uploaders to charge money for mods.

That might be worth a separate topic on it's own.
