Free non-coding game developer

I have been studying a bit about GDevelop lately. Good to know that non-coding game developing tools are available for people like us, with no technical background. I just have some questions though. I want to create few small games related to business and marketing. With the help of this site and my paper writer, I have listed down few of my game ideas.

Drawing a PLC from a given case study
Matching products with its respective features
Trivia quiz
Slogan making with given product specifications, etc.

I want to know if it is possible to build these type of games in GDevelop, because the examples in the site does not contain these type of learning games. So I ask here for some related resources or other information to make my approach easier. Also suggest if there is any other better alternative of GDevelop.
