My created characters don't appear

There is a problem. Whenever I make a character with the charset generator i save it into a folder right? But the character is gone and there's nothing but a blank. I can't open that character with idraw either. How could i fix this?

Well, you'll have to save them in an 8-charset. For that you'll have to be registered.

I too have encountered this problem...
when ur saving the file, it tries to save as

#FILENAME#.php

change it to: #FILENAME#.bmp

MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE THE DROP DOWN MENU TO .BMP!

There are additional Bytes at the beginning of the file.

This is a known IE bug.
It doesn't have full pg support, in some versions.... evenif png was defined in 1996!!!! Damned Micro$oft....
In test phase, to solve this problem, there is a .gz save option for the single chara: try to save with it and open the result file with winzip.
All these problems are given by this IE bug: i cannot do anything against this.

So, what to do?
1) Try with a different IE version and hope it works (mine does, and i have version 5.00.3502.1000), because this "png proprietary support" changes through versions.
2) Try with other browsers (Netscape, Mozilla and Konqueror are OK, for Opera GPI can answer)

I know this might sound ancient but the charasets i generated cannot be saved in my other files!!! For a while using bitmap worked but all of a sudden even that method didn't work. I tried .gzip and even that didn't work. I tried save file than try to save it as png and bitmap but still the file refuses to appear. Is there some way i could permanetly fix this problem?
