Metallica started out as THRASH METAL, such as "kill em all" album, They've also played metal such as "And justice for all" & "Master of puppets". When black album arrived it was more on the hardrock side. Load & reload (RED THIS ---> NOT METAL!!!). S&M, well wont go as genre since its orchestra/old songs album. Also garage inc which is cover album... Now St.Anger have got some more of the hardrock. They are NOT a 100% metal band.. Gah.. I know i didn't mention all albums but they connect to the other genre's.[/B]
