Pending for the language files

Well, in short, this is the question. What should I do with the seperate directory for language files? Options are in the poll, but here are they again:

1) Every language.lan and language.dyk.lan in the language directory.
2) Every language a different directory inside the language directory.
3) Every language in the installed folder, just as it is now.
