Where it says Upload Resource, click on the type of resource you want to import. Then find part A of the resource, then find part B.

Okay, I have both halves of a hair resource.
*clicks on the 'Hair' Button*
"Please find the first half of the resource"
What am I supposed to do now? All that I get is an 'okay' button.
*clicks on the 'Okay' Button*
"Upload failed. It is possible that you selected the wrong type of file. Only .bmp images are allowed. Also, with the current version of Common Dialog, you cannot double-click shortcuts on the open menu."

You have to make sure the file you select is a .bmp or else it won't work.

It never gives me a chance to select anything... That's the problem.

Try reinstalling it.
If that doesn't work, then try downloading it again.
If
that
doesn't work, then I don't know what to tell you.
