Does anyone either have a MIDI to WAV. program? Or is there even one available anywhere? If so where? Does anyone know?

Why not just download Winamp 2.90 and the SPC plugin, rip the songs with SNES9x to SPC file, and then set the file output plugin? This way you won't have crappy MIDI, but good quality SPC.

If you adjust the Wave output right, you can use sound recorder. Make sure you're not recording From the mic, but from wave out. If you can use a stereo wav out it'll be even better. If you have the settings right, you can record it directly as a .WaV file. I do it all the time.
