Refreshing problems.

Whenever I refresh any part of the site (main page, forum, etc.), it doesn't refresh. What I mean to say is that nothing changes when I refresh. How do I solve this? I already cleared my cookies, but it hasn't solved anything.

(BTW, I'm using Avant Browser.)

I never used Avant, so can't help on that side.
But what you're saying sounds strange...

If you wait a couple of minutes before refreshing, the "server time" string on top do never change?

The only alternate answers i can give are:
1) browser problem (as said, can't help with Avant)
2) you're behind a proxy which is serving you a cached copy (may happen with some providers).
You should try with another browser too (FIREFOX!) to verify if the problem is with your connection or with your browser.

Yeah, I have Firefox open right now, and it's working fine. It must be a problem with Avant.
