Tuimaux : Browser Based MMORPG

Hello all, I am currently running an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) called Tuimaux with around 570 registered players.
Which can be found at http://www.tuimaux.com .

I am in need of a pixel artist with some previous experience or a good knowledge and lots of imagination.

You will be required to produce weapons, armours, items and most importantly Monsters!

All items, weapons and armours MUST be kept to 32x32. Although the image must be a little smaller as a border and background is to be placed on them all.
For examples login to www.tuimaux.com using:
Username: test
Password: test
And visit the shops to see the items we have so far.

Also we need monster pictures, and these are the most important as our current artist has edited images from other games (Which I was unaware of until recently which is why I am searching for new artists) to use as our monsters.
They do not need to be 100% professional looking pieces of art. But they need to be half-decent at least. Sizes for these are to be made using your own discretion(Whatever you think is best for the type of monster) but they cannot exceed 100x100.
