Well, I'll give you guys a try. So far everyone I have talked to has reffered me to you, even though your rules seem to state that my request will not be done by you. What I need is a character set of this character. No one else will do it, and they keep reffering me to you guys. So, if you don't take it, it's not my fault. I'm only posting here because about 10 people (minor exageration) reffered me here.

NOTE: I have looked over your rules about 10 times now, and I am convinced that you don't do this. Again, I am only posting here because I was reffered here by several people.
