I saw that too, on TV. The car used regular fuel to start running and used vegetable oil as fuel once running. I heard the guy who made it had some troubles because the engine (this is not the work of a company, it's just a guy who made it) broke down in the beggining. I hope anyone invents something good fast, so we can stop destroying the planet.

Well, you'd also have to kill cows and every creature that produces methane.

Here's  the plan. We grab a chicken and use it's feathers to make a huge wing for one side of the vehicle then kill another to make another wing. Take out the engine and rewire the car to when you step on the accelerator, it makes the wings flap.

Those..... wouldn't work, either. If you want the wings to work, these have to be 200 pound giant badboys. Try taking a Boeing 747 and using pedals.

It was joke. The whole chicken thing was a joke. I think that we should go back to riding bikes or horses. Then again, not many people could live without cars because people are so dependent on technology.

I think so... although I know nothing about GreenPeace...

Riding horses is good for your health so... I don't think that would be that much of a problem... exept that a hors only gives birth once a year...

I remember seeing a few videos of GreenPeace activities. Those guys are like environmental commandos, man! They take over ships, shut down oil drillers, chase down loggers, I'd hate to be caught littering near one of them.

Although I bet they drive cars.

Hybrid cars are the way to go.  Pure-electric cars are impractical because gas stations do not have plugs for you to plug into, but hybrid cars are great. Driving around actually charges up your battery, so with a little bit of gas you can charge yourself up, then run off electricity until the battery is low. More gas, more charge, more elecricity. It still uses gasoline, but gets ridiculous gas milage.
