Matron Mother*telepathically*: Zaknafein, we are withdrawing our forces back down in the dark and I order you to do so as well.

Zaknafein: A wise command. All forces withdraw, we cannot afford to suffer anymore damage.

*ship turns away*

Slave: My lord, we have captured the invaders. What should be done with them?

Zaknafein: I said, bring them to me....and do so now!

Kledi: No, no, no, no, no! Mikael forgot to reload the cannons. I swear, He's going in the oven for this. No choice, I have to do this. *He loads an Unforgiver bullet into his gun and sticks it back in the holster.* Now where are those explosives? *He pulls explosives out of every compartment of the cannon, still lodged on the dragons neck, and piles them in the seat.*

Mikael: Kleid... what are you gonna do?

Kled: You forgot to reload the cannon *Strikes a match*

Mikael: That's not my fault, you didn't give me any money.

Kleid: Yeah? Well, *Lights a fuse*, 'less you wanna blow out my speakers, I'd turn off the mic. *Artemis hurridly opens the pit and jumps off the side of the cannons*

Mikael: You idiot, you're gonna kill yourself!!

Kleid: Please work, please work, please work... *Whips the gun with the Unforgiver round out of it's holster and fires straight down 20 feet from the ground* *Artemis is thrown up in the air and lands on the ground with a loud thud* I can't believe that actually worked.... *He looks up at the cannon, expecting the bombs to go off soon*

omega: dune, are the ppreparations complete?

dune: almost... just another moment

*the nexus is surrounded by a dark aura*

dune: that should do it, but we are plenty far away, nothing can find us here

omega: our cannons are powered by magic, we can simply fly through the dark wave and power up our cannons for a while, then we can focus our magic on other areas, like the engines.

dune: but what about the drow ships?

omega: this aura means we should just look like magic to them, and they will probably pay no attention to us, either way, we're just going in and out, how bad could it be?

dune: i dont like this idea one bit...

*nexus flies straight towards the dark energy*

dune: *notices dragonium fighting black dragon* omega, you think we should do something about that

*dragonium gets hit by dragon*

omega: no, he will be fine, just leave him, i could care less anyway

dune: heh, i guess he did just do quite a number on that dragon, think we should finish it off?

omega: geez, you never want to do anything, you must be bored to suggest we go helping people

dune: you try sitting in a dark room chanting magic spells for 2 hours, and see how you feel afterwards

omega: well, we certainly have plenty of energy, why not take a couple shots at the thing?

*nexus fires multiple magic shots at black dragon*

omega: there, you happy now?

dune: yeah, im just glad to see stuff blowing up again

omega: lets back off again now...

*nexus flies away to a distant town*

dune: lets keep on watching a little longer...

Daegurth: ROW!!! ROW!!! *hurries up* I reached land... I have to save the Gondola in my Magic Bag *takes a little bag, it shines, and saves the Gondola* Let us find a land vehicle!

*at the distant town, everyone has seen the dark wave and fled*

*at the local, abandoned bar*

omega: wow, these people have literally no alcoholic beverages

dune: yeah, whats the point raiding the bar if there isnt anything but juice!?

omega: well, there isnt anything that can get the crew drunk, we might as well get them down here for a break....

dune: i dont like your crew

omega: we dont want to be here anyway, lets watch the fireworks

dune: a lot of ships seem to be malfunctioning even after the wave has hit...

omega: too bad we have no idea where to go, i would like to get a headstart on these other people

dune: sso we wait for a few racers to start going, then we follow until we have an idea for where to go....

[Kinslayer]

Daegurth: Arf... I can't keep up running... I gotta do somethin'... Hey mister! How much does that horse cost?!

Mister: 30 Golds!!!

Daegurth: Darn! I don't have much money... The hell take it!!!

*rides the horse and leaves*

*On Zaknafiens ship*

*Link and crew are being escorted to Zaknafien*

Link: *See's Zaknafien* Wait a sec.!  You're that guy from the castle right?

*Suddenly, and as if from nowhere, the Black Aura disipates, and the Black Dragon vanish.  In a matter of seconds, everything has returned to the way it was.*

*On the ship of an NPC racer*

Racer: Wow....what just happened?  It seems that everything has returned back to the way it was.

Crew member: *Ahem* Sir, may I suggest that we head toward the next destination now, while the other ships regroup?

Racer: Hmm...good idea.  Where is our next destination again?

Crew Member: Our next destination is the Riverdon Falls.

Racer: The largest waterfall in the world.....hmm...well, the only way to get through the falls is to go at top speed.  The pressure is so immense that staying underneath it too long could crush us.

Crew Member: Ok then, shall I give the signal?

Racer: Yes...let us take the lead.

*Ship heads off*  (Guys, you can make up monsters in the falls too if you like)

*Meanwhile back at the castle*

: What did you do!  I said I had everything under control!

King: The race has just begun.....I don't want anything to happen to our "Lab Rats" just yet.  

: Well next time you get another "smart" idea, tell me before hand...the other racers are expandable...

King: But without them there would be no competition...

: You leave the competition to me....*Evil Smirk*

*on the Predator*

Zaknafein: Well well, what do we have here! The rivvin that thought he could boss me around and get away with it.

Slave: What should be done with them, sir?

Zaknafein: Shut up! Speak when I ask you to!

Slave:....

Zaknafein: Now, where were we. Ah yes the prisoners. Did you think you could just get aboard my ship as if it was some kind of rescue boat? AH! I think not! I have no time to deal with --

Slave: My lord! The sky has brighten and the dragon has vanished!

Zaknafein: Interesting. But I said to speak when spoken to.....DIE!

*casts disintegrate on slave*

Zaknafein: Now that's out of the way, I have to deal with you, surfacers. A pity that the Matron Mother ordered to get back in the dark. Consider yourself lucky, rivvin, you just won a trip to the Underdark. Your trial will be held there. All troops, we are heading home!

*The Predator turns back, full speed ahead, and head in the dark*

[Linkforce]

*Link gets a bit nervous*

Link: H-hey buddy...c'mon...

*Zaknafien stares*

Link: It's nothing personal...your ship was just the closest here....he...he...

*Stark wispers*

Stark: Of all the ships, you had to pick the creepiest and scariest eh?

Link: *Whispers* Hey, it was the closest one...it was either scary dark ship, or hard solid ground in your face...

*On the Predator*

Slave: M'lord, the entrance of the Underdark is just ahead of us.

Zaknafein: Proceed in.

Slave: As you order my lord.

*The Predator enters the Underdark///*

Zaknafein: Aaah, it's good to be home again. I missed those old caverns.

Ship Controller: My lord, a party of exiled Sahuagin has been spotted right beneath us.

Zaknafein: Really? This could be interesting. Let's have some fun with my newest prisoners. The 3 of us will go down and take care of those beasts. I'm not foolish to let you free....feel Illithid technology

*places an illithid protection collar on Stark and Link*

Zaknafein: Let's go. Oh and just so you two rivvins know, if you try to run, you will die. Illithids and Beholders roam the place...and the collar won't protect you. Now, let's go!

*approaches Stark and Link and start casting Teleport*

Zaknafein, just before teleporting: Your live is at stake here.

*teleport down never the Sahuagin*

Sahuagin: Telkossny'iss seinytii kasrrs!

*the Sahuagins charge*

[Linkforce]

Link: Holy crap! *Turns to Zaknafein* Hey buddy, c'mon.  Why you making us fight these guys?

*Suddenly a Sahuagin leaps toward Link.  In an instant, he unsheathes his gunblade from his belt and cuts it in half.

Link: Fine, have it your way.

*Link, Stark, and Zaknafein charge forward.  Stark using his Armored Gloves, rams through 4 Sahuagins and continues to charge.  Zaknafein casts many spells, and Link is being surrounded from all sides with his sword drawn.*

*A Sahuagin leaps at Link from behind and knocks the Gunblade out of his hand.  Another leaps forward with its Spear about to impale in Link chest when suddenly, a Fireball erupts beneath it sending it flying in the air.  At the same instant, a hail of ice shoots down with an enourmous radius, killing many Sahuagins.*

*Zaknafein walks towards Link, and levitates his Gunblade to his feet*

Zaknafein: Hmph...Rivvin...

Zaknafein: Grab your weapon and get back in there. I don't have all day you know!

*Link goes forward, slashing Sahuagins as he sees them when suddenly, a huge pack of illithids appear between Link/Stark and Zaknafein, knocking all Sahuagin inconscious*

Illithid**: Drow, what are you doing with surfacers on our territory!
**Illithids speak telepathically, always

Zaknafein: We mean no harm, Illithid. We got ambushed by Sahuagins while heading to Ust Natha.

Illithid: This is no excuse! You have walked on illithid ground and now you will pay!

Link: This....looks like trouble!

Zaknafein: Ah! You think you can oppose the Drows, illithid? Controller, get us back in!

*Link, Stark and Zaknafein teleports within the ship*

Zaknafein: Shoot them all down! Leave no one alive!

*ships start firing at the Illithid and Sahuagin packs on the ground*

Zaknafein: Once this is over, we head for the outpost...where your trial will happen.

*Kleid stares, looking as the dragon vanishes and turns his head to see the Predator suddenly dissapear*
Kleid: Kleid: What the hell... Mikael? You see that?

*Resentment lands next to Kleid*
Mikael: Yeah, I did. What happened?

Kleid: *Climbs onto the deck of his ship* I dunno. It just vanished. Fly us up there.

Mikeal: Approaching vanishing point. It's odd though.. I'm not picking anything up... No magic, no energy no nothing.

Kleid: Mikael, pull her forward. *Ship moves foward and Kleid sticks out his hand, just to watch it vanish, along with the front of the ship* Oh my god...

*Kled falls to the ground at the site of the Underdark*
Mikael: Where the hell are we?

Kleid: I dunno... Stop the ship! *As Kleid stands to his feet the abrupt stop of the ship knocks him down again. He stands again and just absorbs all he sees*

dune: (wow, everything stopped, i guess i shouldnt complain)

*back on the nexus*

dune: *spotting NPC ship* hmmm... where are they headed?

crewman1: they may be headed for riverdon falls

dune: well, lets follow that ship then

crewman2: should we wake the captain?

dune: i dont see why, but whatever

*5 minutes later*

omega: ahhh! stop screaming, and turn off the lights already!

dune: that town had nothing to get drunk on, how in the world is it that you are hung over?

omega: i think the cranberry juice had fermented

dune: you drank the cranberry juice?

omega: shaddup... im going back to sleep, wake me up if we die or something equally important happens

*nexus begins to shake violently*

omega: crap, why now?

dune: we appear to be caught in something, a web maybe?

crewman1: big enough to hold us? i would hate to have that spider get us

crewman2: *watches NPC ship get shredded open by a giant spider* well, it seems to be enjoying that other ship,

omega: but is it eating the metal, or the people?

dune: i guess we wait and see, we are stuck in a bad position to fire our cannons right now, we need to wait for it to come a lot closer, and that still leaves us the issue of getting out of this web....

Daegurth: I can reach the eastern coast! Quickly! *keeps riding*
