EDIT EDIT EDIT: OK! I've played the game all the way through!  I like the setting of your chapter Donut, though I admit I had to cheat a few times to work out what to do.

I'm really greteful to Momeka to having finished it for me, he fixed a very annoying bug,  made the final sequence which looks soooo good, and one of the systems. I feel like he's made the chapter for me ahah. Sorry >.<
I haven't been able to reopen RM2k3 to make anything out of it, so I think I'll dump it for good forever, which makes me a bit sad as it was the first engine I used.

  You guys have mondo interesting PMs compared to my inbox! As for ditching 2k3 I would get rid of Tsukuru too. It is far inferior to the steam pressed RM2003. The only thing that made it good was the Cherry Mods and those don't always work.

It was more like three weeks, but I have finished!!!

I ended up having to just cut off, because I was getting too into it and wanted to put so many plot ideas in that the deadline lateness was going to get silly.

Awesome! I've given other a loose five weeks deadline, but I figured since you're last and Christmas and all is coming up just take the time you need.

Ignore the lack of title screen, I'll code one up when the game is done. And once you're done send it to me and we'll begin the bug fixing round!

Oh yeah it's worth noting that I slightly screwed up the 'Max' charset colours with my dodgy way of sprite editing so someone might want to fix that before release. Sorry >_>

-.- Why were you editing the colors and which set? I still have copies of his old sets for BC, chara sets and the special moves I made.

Or just go for a crazy twist at the end! Or make multiple alternate endings or make an ending that wraps nothing up and in fact betrays everything the player and party have worked for. 😈

Okay so small update. My computer crashed and all versions of the game went missing with it. There was a fire and there are also bunnies all over my screen and Norwegian Internet Terrorists are threatening to close down our website... Or not. There is no curse dummies (yes I am jinxing this).

Chapter progress is going smooth. I'm prioritizing progress over resources however. Especially where I feel that something can be edited afterwards to fix it / make it sweeter. This also means that I'm leaving out the busts for now. I've asked around for some resources, hopefully that will help me stay on track.
So far around 1/5th of the plan done. Either I make it on time or I narrow down the plan, but no obstacles in the way at the moment.
