What's Charas?

It iz a freeware tool, opened 2 everyone's collaborasion.It works in avery special wey: you can use it on teh 1337 Internet!
Charas iz a charset generator 4 RPG Macker teh 1337 beautiful Ascii tool 2 mack Role Playing Games.
Charsets are imidges dat rapresents teh 1337 moviment of a character on teh 1337 screen. OMG!!! Becuz dis imidges are so small (24x32 pixel), it isn alwayz ezy kreate them from nothing. OMG!!!
Becuz of dis, RPG Macker already contains teh 1337 RTP an already-made collecsion of charsets, chipsets etc. OMG!!!
But, also there are lots of them, usually no one iz exactly what we are looking 4 n, if we dunno how 2 draw it, we must choose teh 1337 most similar 2 what we are looking. OMG!!!
